Spanhoe Lodge Ticket Terms & Conditions 2026

Afternoon Tea

All afternoon Teas, with the exception of Special Event Dates  (whether booked direct, via our website or using a Buy-a-gift or similar voucher) are subject to the same cancellation policy as our rooms.  If cancelled more than 2 days before the date of your booking, no charge will be made.  If you cancel after that time, the afternoon tea or day pass will be chargeable.

Afternoon Tea's on Special Event Dates such as Mothers Day, are non cancellable from the date of booking.

Afternoon Tea - Redeeming Buy-a-Gift Vouchers

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have been able to validate the voucher code provided.

Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is not suitable for children under the age of 16.

In the event of poor weather, the event may be postponed and, where possible, tickets transferred to a future date. If this is not possible, tickets will be refunded.

General

  • Children aged 13 years or under must be accompanied and supervised by a person of 16 years or over at all times.
  • Late arrivals may be refused entry.
  • Tickets can only be purchased online via our website or over the phone on 01780 450328.
  • Spanhoe Lodge operates a policy of no refunds or cancellations except in extenuating circumstances with management approval. Ticket rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
  • Tickets are non-transferable. Any unlawful resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund or compensation, and refusal of entry.
  • Spanhoe Lodge may request identification at entry.
  • Your ticket must be presented, either printed or on a mobile device.
  • Spanhoe Lodge reserves the right to refuse entry or participation.
  • Refunds are only given if Spanhoe Lodge is closed due to exceptional circumstances.
  • If the event is cancelled entirely, we will notify you promptly and provide rescheduled dates. If unable to attend, a refund will be issued.
  • Refunds or compensation are not provided for disruptions beyond Spanhoe Lodge’s control.
  • Bookings are made using DigiTickets; payments are securely processed via Payyo. No card details are held by Spanhoe Lodge.
  • Attendance is at your own risk. Spanhoe Lodge is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or emotional distress during or after the event, including damage, theft, or loss of property and vehicles.
  • CCTV and photographers may be present. Attendance constitutes consent to photography, filming, and recordings for commercial or other use without payment.
  • If issues arise during the event, contact a staff member immediately, as resolution post-event may not be possible.
  • We will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements based on information provided at booking.

Food at Santa’s Grotto

  • PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CHRISTMAS DINNER.
  • Our festive menu features Spanhoe classics including our famous Spanhoe Burger (festive twist), Chili & Rice, Fish & Chips, and more. Please contact us for full menu details.
  • Please quote any dietary requirements when booking.
  • All dishes are prepared in kitchens handling peanuts, dairy, shellfish, and other allergens. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Consult staff for severe allergies.
  • Although care is taken to remove bones from fish dishes, 100% bone-free cannot be guaranteed.
  • Adults receive one soft or hot drink (regular size; excludes syrup shots). Ask staff for details.
  • Children’s meals include one glass of fruit squash (orange or blackcurrant).
  • Please allow time before and after your Santa visit to enjoy your meal. Recommended dining time is one hour.
  • Table seating is first come, first served; Santa slot booking does not guarantee immediate seating.
