Terms & conditions 2025
· Children 13 years or under must be accompanied and supervised by a person of 16 years or over.
· Late arrivals may be refused entry.
· Tickets can only be purchased online via our website or over the phone on 01780 450328
· Spanhoe Lodge operates a policy of no refunds or cancellations except for extenuating circumstances and with management approval. It may be possible to re-schedule your ticket depending upon availability.
· Tickets are non-transferable. Any unlawful reselling, or attempting to do so, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without any refund or compensation and or the ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the relevant event.
· Spanhoe Lodge may request to see further identification at the point of entry.
· Your ticket must be brought with you either printed, or available on a phone or other mobile device.
· Spanhoe Lodge reserves the right to refuse entry or participation.
· Refunds are only given if Spanhoe Lodge is closed due to exceptional circumstances.
· If the event is cancelled in its entirety, Spanhoe Lodge will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible, including (if applicable) notifying you of the details of any re-scheduled dates and times (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled event, Spanhoe Lodge shall give you a refund of the purchased ticket.
· Refunds or any other type of compensation will not be available for disruption of an event by situations beyond the control of Spanhoe Lodge.
· All booings are made using DigiTickets and payments are made using the Payyo card processing system on a secure server. No card details are held by Spanhoe Lodge.
· Admission to any event is at your own risk. Spanhoe Lodge will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or emotional distress sustained at, during or following the event including damage theft or losses to property and motor vehicles.
· Please note that CCTV cameras and photographers may be present. By entering the event and or purchasing the ticket, you consent to filming, still photography, sound recording and it’s use in distribution (commercial or otherwise) without payment.
· If you experience any problems during the event, please contact a member of Spanhoe Lodge staff, as it may not be possible to resolve issues after the event.
· Spanhoe Lodge will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements based on the information supplied when booking.

· Please quote any dietary needs when booking
· Please be advised that all dishes prepared in our kitchens are done so where peanuts, dairy, shellfish and ALL other allergens are handled.
· We endeavour to prevent cross-contamination but cannot guarantee it. Should you have a particular food allergy or specific dietary requirement, we recommend that you speak to a member of our team for advice before ordering your meal.
· Although we take every care to ensure all bones are removed from our fish dishes, we cannot guarantee any dish is 100% free of bones.
· 1 Soft or Hot Drink for adults include any regular sized Hot Drink not including syrup shot, and any regular soft drink. Ask a member of staff for details
· Children’s meal includes 1 glass of fruit squash either orange or blackcurrant.
· Please allow time either side of your Santa visit to enjoy your meal, do not turn up for your meal at the time of your Santa Slot. We recommend an hour to enjoy our festive dining.
· Please note this does not guarantee a table, tables are first come first served, we will endeavour to seat you as soon as possible.
